1. What forms of payment do you accept?

• We accept debit/credit card and PayPal.

 
     2. Can I change any of the custom Bats, Glove or Uniforms  settings after my order is submitted?  

• Gloves:
• To keep our commitment to meet the delivery date, all custom glove orders are immediately placed in production upon submission. Therefore, custom glove settings cannot be changed once the order is placed. All custom glove orders are final. Please be sure to review all selections before submitting your order. There are no exceptions.

 

• Bats:
• To keep our commitment to meet the delivery date, all custom bats orders are immediately placed in production upon submission. Therefore, custom bats settings cannot be changed once the order is placed. All custom bats orders are final. Please be sure to review all selections before submitting your order. There are no exceptions.

 

• Uniforms:

          To start any order of uniforms FZ Sports LLC should make a mockup and it must be approved by the customer. The              prices of this designs can vary from $50.00 to $100.00. This cost will be refund directly to the order. 
          The time for delivery will be approx. 30 working days after deposit has been completed and design has been                          approved. 
 
        Once the order and sizes are given to us, after deposit, NO changes in number and sizes can be made. If the                             customer wants to change any size or number, it will be a $25.00 fee per piece. Once the customer made the                         changes on any number and/or size the 30 working days are going to start counting after that specific date when                 the  customer made those changes. Any order will not be deliver if is not paid in full.  Once the customer receive or              pick up the uniforms, uniforms has to be verify by names, numbers, colors, team logo and sizes. If the customer is                  satisfied, uniforms will be released.

WARRANTY ON UNIFORMS

1. FZ Sports LLC. Is always looking for high quality standards and that is the reason why we offer warranty on all our uniforms.

          In any case that FZ Sports llc. Does something wrong on the uniforms and that includes (misspelling names, wrong              made jerseys or pants, sizing ) that particular piece is going to be made again the right way. FZ Sports LLC. Is the                    only responsible for doing that piece again. It cannot be fix or made by another person or another company.  If there            is any claim for the uniforms, customer need to send it by email. It includes pictures or any other information on the            claim.  
          FZ Sports LLC. Does not refund any money on uniforms since we only produce CUSTOM UNIFORMS. Because of the              nature of the business some mistakes can happen.
